Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and premium services offered on atechly.in and tools.atechly.in (“Platform”). By purchasing or using our premium tools, you agree to the terms below.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made on our platform are final and non-refundable. Once a premium plan or service is purchased, the payment cannot be reversed or refunded for any reason, including:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase
- Lack of usage
- Account issues caused by user error
2. Cancellation of Services
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time; however, cancellation does not qualify for a refund. After cancellation, your premium access will continue until the end of the paid period.
3. Auto-Renewal Terms
If auto-renewal is enabled, the system will automatically charge you on the renewal date. You can disable auto-renewal anytime from your account.
4. Failed or Incomplete Payments
If a payment fails due to gateway issues or incorrect billing details, the premium service may not be activated. Users must ensure correct payment details and retry the payment.
5. Duplicate or Wrong Charges
In case of accidental duplicate payment, you may contact us for review. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
6. Technical Issues
If any technical issue prevents access to premium tools, our team will resolve it as quickly as possible. Technical issues do not qualify for refunds unless the platform fails to deliver the purchased service for more than 72 hours.
7. Premium Account Misuse
If a premium account is misused, shared, or accessed fraudulently, we have the right to suspend the account without refund.
